The aim of these modules is to give you, as a Young Leader, a basic understanding of the different behaviours that young people can display and some possible causes. Also to create an environment that is inclusive and welcoming for all young people.

Physical Adaptions
 
  • Implement ramps, braille signs etc for the disabled.
  • For mental illnesses/disabilities, we could consult a specialist and alter specific things accordingly.
  • Tailor activities to each youth’s needs,
Emotional Support
 
  • Implement a place where youth can talk to a senior about their worries and problems.
  • Make sure everyone is included in discussions, decisions etc.
  • Implement a sort of equality in the troop, where there is no favouritism and nobody is left out.
